For incidents that are initially categorized to be a Severity 1 or 2 only, please call our Major Incident Team at (855) 590-7183 and a ticket will be created.
When you report an incident to the Service Desk, we begin to assess the severity of the issue. Incident severity classification assists in determination of an appropriate response and may change based on the criteria we have set.
